One thing, but for those who've also played Baldur's Gate now, how tall do you imagine everyone is? Like, I posted the butt size headcanons the other day but trying to figure how tall they'd be for reference. Currently, the only character with a confirmed height is Astarion, Larian tweeted a while back that he's 5'9, so he's basically the point of reference. Comparing him to other characters, he appears to be about a few inches taller than Shadowheart and Lae'zel, so somewhere between 5-7 inches. Meanwhile, Lae'zel is visibly taller than Shadowheart by about an inch or two; it might just be a trick of the hair but she looks to be taller than her when you compare them in inventory screens and in some cutscenes there is a visible slight height advantage in Lae'zel's favour.
